このプライバシーポリシーは、pAIr Mind, Inc. / 株式会社ペアマインドが提供するサービス（以下、「当サービス」）がお客様から収集する情報と、その情報の使用方法について説明します。当社のサービスをご利用になることで、お客様はこのプライバシーポリシーに記載された条件に同意するものとします。This Privacy Policy explains what information the services provided by pAIr Mind, Inc. (the “Services”) collect from you and how that information is used. By using our Services, you agree to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.

• 不正な送信を防ぐための情報：送信元のIPアドレス、ブラウザの種類などの情報（User-Agent）、ボット判定のための端末・ブラウザの情報Information used to prevent abuse: the sender’s IP address, browser details (User-Agent), and device and browser signals used to tell people from bots

収集した情報は以下の目的で使用されます。We use the information we collect for the following purposes.

• 当社AIによるサービス提供Providing our services through our AI
• 注文処理：商品の製作、決済、配送などProcessing orders, including production, payment, and shipping
• 顧客サービス：お問い合わせへの対応、情報の更新、トラブル解決などCustomer support, such as responding to inquiries, updating information, and resolving issues
• マーケティング活動：新商品の案内、プロモーションなどMarketing activities, such as announcing new products and promotions
• ウェブサイトの安全な運営：お問い合わせフォームへの不正な送信、迷惑な送信の防止Operating our website securely, including preventing abusive or unwanted submissions to the contact form

4. 情報共有と開示4. Sharing and disclosure

お客様の個人情報は以下のような第三者と共有されることがあります。Your personal information may be shared with third parties such as the following.

5. 外部の事業者への委託と外国での取扱い5. Service providers and handling outside Japan

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取扱いを次の事業者に委託しています。いずれもアメリカ合衆国の事業者であり、個人情報は同国その他の国にあるサーバーで取り扱われることがあります。To the extent needed for the purposes above, we entrust the handling of personal information to the following providers. All of them are based in the United States, and personal information may be processed on servers in the United States or other countries.

• Cloudflare, Inc.（アメリカ合衆国）：ウェブサイトの配信、お問い合わせ内容の保存、不正な送信の判定（Cloudflare Turnstile）Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): delivering our website, storing inquiries, and detecting abusive submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Plus Five Five, Inc.（Resend、アメリカ合衆国）：お問い合わせを当社に通知するメールの送信Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, United States): sending the email that notifies us of an inquiry
• Google LLC（アメリカ合衆国）：当社のメールの送受信と管理（Google Workspace）Google LLC (United States): sending, receiving, and managing our email (Google Workspace)

アメリカ合衆国には、連邦レベルで個人情報の保護を包括的に定めた法律はなく、分野ごとの連邦法と、州ごとの法律（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法など）によって保護されています。同国の制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトで公表されている情報をご参照ください。The United States has no comprehensive federal privacy law; personal information is protected by sector-specific federal laws and by state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. For details of its system, please refer to the information published on the website of Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.

当社は、各委託先との間で個人情報の取扱いに関する契約（データ処理契約）を締結し、日本の個人情報保護法の趣旨に沿った措置が継続して行われるよう確保しています。ご本人から求めがあった場合は、この措置に関する情報を提供します。We have data processing agreements with each provider to ensure that measures consistent with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information are maintained. On request, we will provide information about these measures.

6. 安全管理措置6. Security measures

当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防ぐため、次の措置を講じています。We take the following measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

• 組織的な措置：個人情報の取扱いの責任者を定め、取扱状況を定期的に点検しています。Organizational: we have appointed a person responsible for handling personal information and review how it is handled regularly.
• 人的な措置：個人情報を取り扱う従業者に、取扱いの留意事項を周知しています。Personnel: staff who handle personal information are informed of the points to observe.
• 物理的・技術的な措置：お問い合わせの管理画面は、当社のGoogleアカウントとパスキーによる二段階の認証で利用者を限定し、ログインの記録を監視しています。通信は暗号化（HTTPS）し、外部サービスのアクセス権限は必要最小限にしています。Physical and technical: the inquiry management screens are limited to our staff through two-step sign-in with our Google accounts and passkeys, with sign-ins logged and monitored, communications are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to external services is kept to the minimum needed.
• 外的環境の把握：個人情報を取り扱う外国（アメリカ合衆国）の制度を把握したうえで、安全管理措置を講じています（第5項）。Understanding the environment abroad: we take these measures with an understanding of the system in the country where personal information is handled (the United States; see section 5).

7. クッキーとトラッキング技術7. Cookies and tracking technologies

当社のウェブサイトは、サービス改善のためにクッキー（Cookie）や類似のトラッキング技術を使用することがあります。お客様はブラウザの設定でクッキーを管理し、必要に応じて拒否することができます。なお、当社サイトではページごとの閲覧数と1日あたりの訪問者数を把握するため、当社のサーバーで件数のみを集計しています（集計にはその日に数えたことを示すクッキーを使います）。個人を特定する情報は保存せず、外部の解析サービスにも送信していません。Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve our services. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and decline them if you wish. To know how often each page is viewed and how many people visit each day, we count views on our own server and keep only the totals (a cookie notes that you were counted that day). We store nothing that identifies you and send nothing to outside analytics services.

お問い合わせフォームでは、ボットによる不正な送信を防ぐため、Cloudflare社の「Cloudflare Turnstile」を利用しています。Turnstileは、判定のために端末やブラウザの情報をCloudflare社に送信します。取り扱いについては、Cloudflare社のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile from Cloudflare, Inc. to prevent bots from submitting it. To make that check, Turnstile sends device and browser information to Cloudflare. Please see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it is handled.

8. 保存期間8. Retention

お問い合わせの内容は、受付日（対応を完了した場合は対応完了日）から3年間保存し、その後自動的に削除します。ただし、法令の定めがある場合や、紛争への対応などで保存が必要な場合はこの限りではありません。We keep inquiries for three years from the date we receive them (or, once we have finished handling them, from that date), after which they are deleted automatically. This does not apply where the law requires otherwise or where we need to keep them, for example to deal with a dispute.

9. 開示等の請求・お問い合わせ窓口9. Requests and contact point

ご本人は、法令の定めに基づき、当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者への提供の停止を請求できます。請求や、個人情報の取扱いに関するご質問・苦情は、次の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。As provided by law, you may ask us to tell you the purposes for which we use your personal information, to disclose it, to correct, add to, or delete it, to stop using or erase it, or to stop providing it to third parties. 10. 登録メンバー（従業員）に対する個人情報の取り扱いについて10. Handling of personal information of registered members (employees)

当社は、上記1〜9項に加え、登録メンバー（従業員、役員、派遣社員、契約社員、パートタイマー、アルバイト等、以下「従業員等」といいます。）の個人情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。In addition to sections 1 through 9 above, we handle the personal information of registered members (employees, officers, temporary staff, contract staff, part-time workers, and similar; the “Employees”) as follows.

当社は、取得した従業員等の個人情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。・労務管理、業務連絡、情報共有、緊急時の対応・社内システムへのアクセス管理その他、法令に基づく対応などWe use the Employee information we obtain for purposes such as labor management, work communication, information sharing, responding to emergencies, managing access to internal systems, and complying with laws and regulations.

10.3 従業員等の個人情報の第三者提供10.3 Providing employee information to third parties

当社は、取得した従業員等の個人情報を、以下の場合に第三者に提供することがあります。・法令に基づく場合・社会保険・労働保険手続き、税務処理など、法令で定められた手続きに必要な場合・ 従業員等の同意がある場合その他、上記利用目的に必要な範囲で、適切な安全管理措置を講じた上で提供する場合We may provide the Employee information we obtain to third parties in the following cases: when required by law; when necessary for procedures required by law such as social insurance, labor insurance, and tax processing; when the Employee consents; and otherwise within the scope necessary for the purposes above, with appropriate safeguards in place.

当社は、従業員等の個人情報を、不正アクセス、漏洩、滅失、毀損、改ざん等のリスクから保護するため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。We take appropriate safety measures to protect Employee information from risks such as unauthorized access, leakage, loss, damage, and alteration.

10.5 従業員等の個人情報の開示等10.5 Disclosure and related requests

従業員等は、法令の定めに基づき、自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求を行うことができます。In accordance with the law, Employees may request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their own personal information.

10.6 従業員等の個人情報の保管期間と廃棄10.6 Retention and disposal of employee information

当社は、取得した従業員等の個人情報を、利用目的を達成するために必要な期間保管し、保管期間経過後は、適切な方法で廃棄または消去します。We retain the Employee information we obtain for the period needed to achieve the purposes of use, and after that period we dispose of or delete it in an appropriate manner.

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

このプライバシーポリシーは変更されることがあります。変更があった場合、当社のウェブサイト上で新しいプライバシーポリシーを公開し、必要に応じてお客様に通知します。This Privacy Policy may be changed. If it changes, we will post the new Privacy Policy on our website and notify you as needed.
