利用規約Terms of Use
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、pAIr Mind, Inc.（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するAI空間診断サービス「nAIsou Shindan（内装診断）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくにあたり、本規約に同意いただくことが必要です。These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for the AI space diagnosis service “nAIsou Shindan” (the “Service”) provided by pAIr Mind, Inc. (the “Company”). To use the Service, you must agree to these Terms.
第1条（適用）Article 1 (Application)
本規約は、本サービスの提供条件および当社とユーザーとの間の権利義務関係を定めることを目的とし、ユーザーと当社との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。当社が本サービス上で掲載するガイドライン、ポリシー等は、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。These Terms set out the conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and users, and apply to every relationship between users and the Company relating to use of the Service. Any guidelines and policies the Company posts within the Service form part of these Terms.
第2条（定義）Article 2 (Definitions)
本規約において使用する用語の定義は以下の通りとします。(1)「ユーザー」とは、本規約に同意の上、本サービスを利用するすべての者をいいます。(2)「コンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが本サービスにアップロードする画像その他の情報をいいます。The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows. (1) “User” means anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. (2) “Content” means images and other information that a user uploads to the Service.
第3条（サービス内容）Article 3 (The Service)
本サービスは、ユーザーがアップロードした空間の写真に対して、AIが空間の印象や心理的効果等を診断するサービスです。当社は、サービス内容の全部または一部をユーザーへの通知なしに変更・停止・終了することがあります。The Service uses AI to assess the impression and psychological effect of a space based on a photo the user uploads. The Company may change, suspend, or end all or part of the Service without notice to users.
第4条（利用条件）Article 4 (Conditions of use)
ユーザーは、自己の責任において本サービスを利用するものとします。Users use the Service at their own responsibility.
第5条（禁止事項）Article 5 (Prohibited acts)
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。(1) 法令、公序良俗に反する行為 (2) 当社または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー等の権利を侵害する行為 (3) 虚偽情報の登録 (4) 有害なプログラム等を送信またはアップロードする行為 (5) 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為 (6) 本サービスの全部または一部を無断で複製、改変、転載、販売する行為Users must not do any of the following. (1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals. (2) Acts that infringe the intellectual property, likeness, privacy, or other rights of the Company or third parties. (3) Registering false information. (4) Sending or uploading harmful programs and the like. (5) Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service. (6) Copying, altering, reposting, or selling all or part of the Service without permission.
第6条（知的財産権）Article 6 (Intellectual property)
本サービスに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ユーザーがアップロードしたコンテンツに関して、当社は本サービスの提供、研究開発、マーケティング等の目的で利用することができるものとします。Intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or to third parties who hold legitimate rights. The Company may use Content uploaded by users for purposes such as providing the Service, research and development, and marketing.
第7条（個人情報等の取扱い）Article 7 (Handling of personal information)
当社は、本サービスを通じて取得した個人情報およびユーザーによる登録情報等を、当社が定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って適切に取り扱います。The Company handles personal information obtained through the Service, along with information registered by users, appropriately and in accordance with the privacy policy the Company sets.
第8条（アンケートおよびURL情報の利用）Article 8 (Use of survey and URL information)
当社は、ユーザーから任意に提供されたアンケート結果や、登録されたURLに関する情報を、当社および当社の提携会社によるマーケティング活動、統計分析、サービス改善、広告表示等の目的で利用します。上記の利用において、ユーザーのプライバシーを侵害しないよう最大限配慮します。The Company uses survey responses that users provide voluntarily, and information about registered URLs, for purposes such as marketing, statistical analysis, service improvement, and advertising by the Company and its partners. In doing so, the Company takes the utmost care not to infringe users’ privacy.
第9条（第三者サービスとの連携）Article 9 (Working with third-party services)
本サービスでは、ユーザーの属性や診断結果に基づいて、当社または当社の提携会社が提供するサービス・商品等を紹介することがあります。Based on a user’s attributes and diagnosis results, the Service may introduce services and products provided by the Company or its partners.
第10条（免責事項）Article 10 (Disclaimer)
本サービスの利用に関連してユーザーに生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。当社は、本サービスの内容および診断結果の正確性、完全性、有用性について何ら保証するものではありません。The Company bears no responsibility for any damage a user suffers in connection with use of the Service. The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service or its diagnosis results.
第11条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）Article 11 (Change, suspension, and termination)
当社は、ユーザーに事前通知することなく、サービスの内容を変更、中断または終了することがあります。The Company may change, suspend, or end the Service without giving users prior notice.
第12条（規約の変更）Article 12 (Changes to these Terms)
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲示された時点で効力を生じます。The Company may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect once they are posted within the Service.
第13条（準拠法および裁判管轄）Article 13 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。また、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises regarding the Service, the Kobe District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
附則： 本規約は2025年6月26日より施行します。Supplementary provision: These Terms take effect on June 26, 2025.
プライバシーポリシーPrivacy Policy
pAIr Mind, Inc.（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するAI空間診断サービス「nAIsou Shindan（内装診断）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）において取得するユーザーの個人情報その他の情報について、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定め、適切な取扱いおよび保護に努めます。pAIr Mind, Inc. (the “Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the personal information and other information of users obtained through its AI space diagnosis service “nAIsou Shindan” (the “Service”), and works to handle and protect it appropriately.
第1条（取得する情報）Article 1 (Information we obtain)
当社は、ユーザーによる本サービスの利用に際して、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。(1) ユーザーがアップロードする画像等のコンテンツ (2) ユーザーが入力・提供する属性情報（年齢、性別、職業等）(3) 診断結果や利用履歴、アクセスログ等の利用状況情報 (4) ユーザーが任意に登録したURLやアンケート情報 (5) Cookie、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、端末情報等の技術情報When users use the Service, the Company may obtain the following information. (1) Content such as images the user uploads. (2) Attribute information the user enters or provides, such as age, gender, and occupation. (3) Usage information such as diagnosis results, usage history, and access logs. (4) URLs and survey information the user registers voluntarily. (5) Technical information such as cookies, IP address, browser type, and device information.
第2条（利用目的）Article 2 (Purposes of use)
当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。(1) 本サービスの提供、運営、改善 (2) 診断結果の最適化およびユーザー体験の向上 (3) マーケティング活動（当社および提携会社によるサービス・商品のご案内、広告配信等）(4) 統計的データの作成および研究開発 (5) 利用規約等に違反する行為への対応The Company uses the information it obtains for the following purposes. (1) Providing, operating, and improving the Service. (2) Optimizing diagnosis results and improving the user experience. (3) Marketing, such as introducing services and products and delivering advertising by the Company and its partners. (4) Creating statistical data and conducting research and development. (5) Responding to acts that violate the terms of use.
第3条（第三者提供）Article 3 (Provision to third parties)
当社は、以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。(1) ユーザーの同意がある場合 (2) 法令に基づく場合 (3) 統計的に処理された情報等、個人を特定できない形式で提供する場合The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases. (1) When the user consents. (2) When required by law. (3) When the information is provided in a form that cannot identify an individual, such as statistically processed data.
第4条（外部サービスの利用）Article 4 (Use of external services)
本サービスでは、アクセス解析や広告配信のため、Google Analytics 等の外部サービスを利用することがあります。これらのサービスは、Cookie等を通じてユーザー情報を取得することがあります。The Service may use external services such as Google Analytics for access analysis and ad delivery. These services may obtain user information through cookies and similar technologies.
第5条（情報の保存および削除）Article 5 (Storage and deletion)
当社は、取得した情報を必要な期間保管し、利用目的が達成され次第、適切な方法で削除します。ユーザーからの請求があった場合、本人確認の上で当該情報の開示・訂正・削除等に応じます。The Company stores the information it obtains for the period needed, and deletes it appropriately once the purpose of use has been achieved. If a user makes a request, the Company will confirm their identity and then respond to requests to disclose, correct, or delete the information.
第6条（安全管理）Article 6 (Safety management)
当社は、取得した情報に対し、不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、改ざん等の防止に努め、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。The Company works to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and alteration of the information it obtains, and takes appropriate safety management measures.
第7条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）Article 7 (Changes to this policy)
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更等に応じて、当社の判断で変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本サービス上での掲載をもって効力を生じるものとします。The Company may change this policy at its discretion in response to changes in law or in the Service. The revised content takes effect once it is posted within the Service.
